It was this same tenacity that led Tammie to open her own brokerage, Franklin Homes Realty LLC, in 2015. In her 11 years as a full-time Franklin TN REALTOR®, she has served hundreds in their quest to buy and sell real estate in Franklin and the surrounding Williamson County, Tennessee area.
Tammie's decision to enter real estate in 2007 evolved from her life-long love of houses, building and remodeling and her desire to help people achieve their goal of home ownership. Having built three homes of her own (two production, one custom) and remodeling a third, Tammie and Tom have hands-on experience about the building process; making them an excellent choice whether you are looking at new construction or existing homes.

As a Franklin TN REALTOR®, Tom brings a wealth of knowledge to Franklin Homes Realty LLC. He was the Executive Director of the Bartlett Park District (IL) for 31 years. Not only did he manage a staff of 400 full and part-time employees, Tom also was responsible for preparation and maintenance of a several million dollar budget.
His skills were used to procure hundreds of acres to build and develop recreational facilities and parks. Tom is no stranger to tough negotiations and is able to use these abilities in assisting sellers.
Tom's greatest strength is maintaining his cool during tough negotiations. While sellers may often stress out during the negotiation process, Tom brings them back to what's really important--getting their home sold. His level-headed approach to real estate helps his clients move forward in the sale of their home.

As the newest member of our team, Jeremy brings a new perspective and wealth of information to our business. As a Nashville resident for the last seven years, he knows the city well. And having lived in multiple parts of Nashville and Franklin, it gives him a unique perspective of both Franklin and the Greater Nashville areas. After graduating from Belmont University, he purchased his first property in the Donelson area. Like many young people relocating to Nashville, he wanted proximity to lots of fine dining, entertainment, and a fantastic night life.
Jeremy goes above and beyond for his clients, not only giving them the attention they deserve, but also making it an enjoyable process for all. His attention to detail and his dedication to providing the best possible service puts his client's minds at ease. Whether you are a first time home buyer, relocating, down-sizing, whatever your situation may be, he will devote his time and energy to making sure you are well taken care of. Having grown up in a real estate household, he has a better handle than most on the buying and selling process. On a Personal Note
When the Whites aren't working they are enjoying time with their family. They have a blended family with 5 grown kids. They have an ethnically diverse family with daughter-in-laws who grew up in Guatemala and China. Lots of different languages are spoken at their Thanksgiving table. They have seven grandchildren scattered across the United States and visit with them when they can.
They believe building strong families builds strong homes so they volunteer their time as KidCity Hosts at Church of the City in Franklin. They also donate their time and resources to Graceworks Ministries and Habitat for Humanity which serves disadvantaged families in Williamson County.
