200 Emily Court is one of the most luxurious of The Brownstones located at the corner of Second Avenue and Church Street in Historic Downtown Franklin. You won't find anything quite like The Brownstones. Although they were built between 2005 to 2011, they were designed to blend in seamlessly with their historic counterparts dating back to 1799. Each home has a unique architectural design abounding with custom finishes.

As you stroll down the cobblestone path leading to the front entry of 200 Emily Court, you are immediately drawn to the large wrap around porch. It is quintessential Victorian design. While you'll be tempted to sit and enjoy the beauty of Emily Court, the main courtyard of The Brownstones, the large Mahogany double-doors will beckon you in.

As you enter, take note of the exquisite detailing of the woodwork found in this home. From the beautiful wood encased fireplace, one of five you'll find in this home, to the extensive crown molding throughout. The entire house abounds with elegant details making this a unique place to call home.

As you step beyond the staircase leading to the main living level, you'll encounter the first of three bedrooms. Each bedroom in this home is located on a different floor with their own full bath. This bedroom has a bay window and built in desk.

Off the bedroom is another balcony and fireplace for that late night glass of wine. The master bath has double vanities, freestanding tub and shower. From here, let's head back to the elevator to the Media Room in the basement.
