It's a rare quality and one that isn't often exercised these days especially in the world of real estate but patience is exactly what Tammie brings to her practice. Time and attention are gifts she gives away freely--listening while clients share their dreams of owning a new home. She answers each question; helping buyers and sellers explore their options without pressure.
Tammie isn't a "salesman". She views salesmen as people who try to sell you something you don't want. She will never do that. She guides you through the process and points out all your options. She knows the Franklin area well and if the right home isn't in the multiple listing service, she'll likely track one down for you and knock on the door to get it.
It was this same tenacity that led Tammie to open her own brokerage, Franklin Homes Realty LLC, in 2015. In her 18 years as a full-time Franklin TN REALTOR®, she has served hundreds in their quest to buy and sell real estate in Franklin and the surrounding Williamson County, Tennessee area.
Tammie's decision to enter real estate in 2007 evolved from her life-long love of houses, building and remodeling and her desire to help people achieve their goal of home ownership. Having built three homes of her own (two production, one custom) and remodeling a fourth, Tammie has hands-on experience about the building process; making her an excellent choice whether you are looking at new construction or existing homes.
Tammie is recognized as an authority in her field both locally and nationally. She has been quoted in various publications across the country including The Los Angeles Times, Realtor.com, The Tennessean and Williamson Source.
Tammie values education and actively serves on the Education Committee of Williamson County Association of REALTORS®. She was a Celebration of Excellence Award Recipient in 2017 and holds several designations including:

On a Personal Note
When Tammie isn't working she is enjoying time with her family. She has a blended family with 5 grown kids. Tammie's family is ethnically diverse with daughter-in-laws who grew up in Guatemala and China. Lots of different languages are spoken at her Thanksgiving table. She has eight grandchildren scattered across the United States and visits with them when she can.
Tammie believes building strong families builds strong homes. She donates resources to Graceworks Ministries and Habitat for Humanity which serves disadvantaged families in Williamson County.
