Franklin TN home sales for January 2014 continue to be strong. Franklin is in a normal or steady market. The average days on the market is low, however, the average sales price to list price ratio is a little lower than usual. This was caused by the sale of a $4.8M home that closed for 91% of list bringing this number down a bit. Our housing inventory, while increasing, still remains low. Many Franklin TN neighborhoods don't currently have any housing inventory available.
