Franklin TN home sales did very well in 2016. While the number of homes closed in 2016 saw a slight increase 2,182 homes in 2016 versus 2,143 in 2015, the average home prices rose 5.8% from $508,588 in 2015 to $538,295 in 2016. The average
days on the market dropped from 63 days in 2015 to 56 days in 2016, an 11% decrease.
