Benelli Park is less than a mile from the historic, downtown Franklin Public Square. The closest intersection is 11th and Boyd Mill Avenues with the entrance to the neighborhood being off Boyd Mill.

There are approximately 15 street festivals that take place in historic, downtown Franklin at various times during the year. Events like Bluegrass Festival, PumpkinFest and Dickens of a Christmas attract thousands of visitors to the historic, downtown. Parking can be a challenge during these events. However, residents of Benelli Park are just a few blocks walking distance.

Benelli Park is within 2 minutes of Jim Warren Park, a 58-acre park located at 705 Boyd Mill Avenue. It is home to the Franklin Baseball Club and Franklin Cowboys youth organizations. The park includes lighted baseball fields, football fields, playgrounds, skate park, tennis courts, basketball courts, picnic tables and grills. There is also a pond and over 2 miles of walking trails. In addition, you'll find the Williamson County Soccer Complex adjacent to Jim Warren Park; providing Benelli Park residents with quick accessibility to outdoor activities for adults and children. 

BENELLI PARK SCHOOLS

Benelli Park is zoned for two school districts: Franklin Special School District (FSSD)  and Williamson County Schools (WCS). Benelli Park students will attend FSSD schools for elementary and middle; Franklin Elementary and Poplar Grove, and WCS for high school, Centennial High. Keep in mind, that school zoning is constantly changing and you should verify schools prior to writing an offer.
